PetSmart

PetSmart is one of my go-to pet stores. The customer service is outstanding at this store. Their team of employees is always available to help you. Every time I walk in the door, someone is there waiting to greet me and help me find what I need. A sales rep helped me find a cat bed for only $11. You can't beat that. There online shopping has great deals as well.

Clean and friendly environment. As with a lot of pet supply stores some items and products of various manufacturers are hard to find or out of stock. Science Diet canned cat food is getting extremely hard to find especially when you have a fussy feline. Pricing is comparable and sometimes they have very good discounts available.

Anna in grooming provided excellent service! She treated our senior dog like her own! When we dropped her off we explained that she wasn't a fan of cages (being adopted).... so she called us 15 mins before she was done and she kept her on the leash and stayed with her until we picked her up. And she did an amazing job cleaning and grooming her! I would highly recommend Anna in grooming!

They are closing down so limited items. But the staff where amazing and help me find and choose the best items with the stock they have. Will go back hopefully once they move and have stocked up

They need to get a better supplier for their live feeders. Either they're too small, half dead or don't have anything.
