I always seem to have a positive experience at Home Depot.

This store was not different.

Upon entering I was greeted by a nice woman who immediately asked me if she could help me. This was great.
She informed me exactly where to find what I was looking for. Unfortunately I couldn't find the item there as for promotion they were moved to a bin in the garden centre which I found out by a gentlemen who noticed I was looking but seemed confused.

He checked stock and led me to the item I was looking for.

Being in a pleasant mood from the great customer service twice I decided to look around more as opposed to leaving right away as planned.
I bought a few more items I would have bought elsewhere and one more positive interaction.

At the cash I was assisted promptly by the lady at the self checkout. (I'm not a fan of technology replacing humans but there was only one live cash open in that section, I get the operating costs thing, yeah yeah) but again at least there was that positive interaction again.

I felt good spending my money here and frankly because of quality, pricing, selection and mostly customer service, I tend to gravitate to Home Depot consistently.
