Motion (formerly Motion Specialties)

I called Motion in a panic because one of my clients had a walker without functional brakes. My client has COPD and can only walk short distances before she needs to sit on the walker and rest. Without functional brakes my client was unable to go to her Dr's appointment. I called Jessica on Tuesday morning and she invited us to come to the Service clinic on Wednesday. We showed up at 2pm and we were immediately greeted by Jessica who took the walker to Fred the Technician. Fred had the walker repaired in less than 20 minutes. Needless to say both Jessica and Fred were kind, skilled and professional. The cost for service at the clinic was very reasonable and I will definitely be using and recommending Motion for my clients in the future.

I've had a very good experience with Motions. My scooter needed new tires in front, and overall check up. Kudos to Jessica the specialist that worked and guided me through my visit there and to the mechanic that worked on my scooter. Thankyou so very much Motions!!! I will always come back for anything else I need in future!!!
