Primary Care Niagara – Welland

I never give 5 stars as nobody is perfect - Wow, there are so many different reviews positive and negative - Nobody likes to wait but booking online does not guarantee a timely visit - emergencies pop up and some walk ins are very serious so they might get in before you even though you had an appointment time - You have to give the receptionist some slack - they are very busy and there job is very demanding - if you are pleasant to them they will be pleasant back to you - Don't know much about Dr. Sing as I only saw him once but Dr. Reka took care of me thoroughly and closely listened to my problems when I had accident - I give him a big thumbs UP..

I have been a primary care patient for years. Never had an issue with any of the doctors .Dr Reka has been managing my back issues for years and has been doing a decent job. Wait times vary, if you use web check in, your wait time is usually a half hour to an hour providing you don't show up to early. Will continue visiting for as long as I am able.

Anytime I have gone to the clinic the receptionist with the short hair is usually there and she is friendly and helpful. The Drs are there to help you. Does help to register ahead of time. Only thing I don't like is still waiting after in a crowded room but, the clinic is so busy and a patient can only be seen so fast as the Dr can see them and diagnose them properly.

Always have a positive experience when visiting the clinic! Reception is very efficient, doctors are very informative. I never feel rushed and I always am very well educated about my problem when I leave.
Sometimes a long wait but they have online appointment which makes things go faster!

My experience at the Niagara Falls has always been very good in every way over the last 3 years. Dr. Singh is very professional, kind and is on top of his field making me very comfortable when I need medical help. I will be moving to the new clinic in March. Thank you for all you do.
