Niagara Pallet

When I encounter "People that bring dignity to the job they do, instead of looking for the job to bring them dignity," I always try to let them know that they are appreciated.
I will share below, the letter I wrote to them after dealing with them for the first time.
"Dear Kevin,
I have not had a chance to say how impressed I am by your seamless, free pallet pick-up services.

From the courteous communications on the phone explaining how the service and pickup scheduling works, to the  email confirming the pick up date, to the seamless actual pick-up....your company has exceeded my expectations.
I will be telling everyone that I think might need your help, about your service.
Thanks again, stay safe, and keep up the good work.

The retail store I work for uses Niagara Pallet for pallet removal and they are absolutely fantastic. They make it effortless to have your pallets removed. Their customer service is outstanding and every time someone comes to pick up pallets they are punctual, organized and efficient. I could not recommend them enough.

Awesome experience dealing with Niagara Pallet....we were in a bit of a bind and needed some wooden pallet racks asap.....I sent Fred an email 4:45 pm Monday and by Tuesday noon we had what we needed.....(and I completely understand that might not happen all the time). Professional company to deal with who goes out of their way to keep their customers completely satisfied......
