Unlike the othere rental companies, we reached out to, we were able to contacted them by phone. We were not hung up on, put on hold, and if wmessage , they promptly returned our call -

(October 6, 2019, 3:12 pm)I had a great experience renting from Bristol, I had no issues while renting a truck for 2 months. Reliable vehicles and excellent customer service. Employees I dealt with were very understanding, reasonable and helpful towards protecting me with the proper coverages I needed while still giving me the best rates possible. Excellent communication and on my invoice there were no hidden or unexplained fees. There was nothing negative about my overall experience and I would definitely rent from this location again.
