Neha’s customer service is above and beyond. She made our first experience amazing. My family was going to another optical for years and have not regretted moving over to Kanda. It’s great they do direct billing with certain insurance companies and they work within your budget. Their stock of designer eye wear and sunglasses are awesome and very trendy. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They also have an optometrist that comes in so you can have your eye prescription checked. One stop shop! Go and ask for Neha and she will take care of you :) Note: it does get busy on the weekends especially Sunday so going mid week during the day is better if you want to

Been going to my local optical store for the past 4 years, after having a bad experience I decided to come into Kanda Optical. I was greeted with a very friendly smile which made me feel like I was in the right place. they also had a doctor on site which made my buying process very easy. I know where I will be buying my glasses from now on.

Very professional and accommodating staff, me and my family have been purchasing glasses from Kanda Optical Ray Lawson for the past 8 years from a gentleman name Sarim. I could not recommend their services enough. They carry the largest collection of glasses something to fit every need, price is fantastic very competitive.
