The staff at this location is very friendly and personable. The downside however is the office workflow. It is an extremely busy office. From a customers perspective, it makes the office seem disorganized based off my most recent experience.

To give you an example, the law office forgot to book an appointment to go over all the closing items. They called me closer to the closing date mentioning we missed our weekend appointment. It was very confusing because we tried to schedule appointment with the office weeks before and we weren't able to. The lawyer looked into the situation and discovered it was a staffing error.

Another example, the closing documents were not thoroughly explained during the signing process. After leaving the office and reading through the document, we had so many questions which required us to call the office for an explanation.

My suggestion for this office would be to figure out a comfortable work load balance for a week and schedule appointments accordingly. Avoid overlapping or overbooking. It makes the law office seem disorganized when things get missed. Another suggestion is to have the law clerk thoroughly go over all the granular details so that any questions afterwards can be directed to the lawyer.

Absolutely impressed with Mrs Sangha's work, she's been of great help and made sure everything was dealt with smoothly and at a comfortable pace. I would recommend her services without second thought ????

I have dealt with serveral lawyers but by far Keran has proven to be the absolute best! I can't describe in details everything that she has done during our transaction but simply she made sure we were fairly dealt with and were not taken advantage of from the other party.
