My cars passenger side door was scratched, dented , and the door handle shattered when hit in a parking lot. Krafh Automotive were friendly, helpful, polite, and honest. They told me the pros and cons of methods of repaid for the vehicle between their shop and another respectfully. The gentleman at Krafh finished the repairs on time, on budget, and my car looks like nothing ever happened to it! I would definitely recommend them and would visit again if need be. The gentleman seems passionate about cars and even called to give me an update on the repairs.
The front door of the shop is often locked, even when they're open, but if you give them a call (the number is by the door and they answer right away) they'll open the door for you or direct you around the back. They are very easily reached by phone and have great customer service!
