Great Experience, would recommend as they communicate and work fast while caring about their quality of work.

Furnace went out right before nightfall, I called around 9pm, and he tried to help over the phone, but nothing worked, then said he'll come by first thing in the morning.

First thing in the morning they came by and found the issue quickly, and recommend a new furnace, which was installed within hours. They also offered a fair price, which was great.

I've also had them work on my water heater before, and never had an issue. Great Communication, which is exactly what you want when your heat or hot water isn't working.

I contacted prime heating and cooling to replace my furnace after being recommended by a friend. My furnace stopped working today so I contacted the Prime team and he helped me try to troubleshoot the furnace over the phone, when that did not work he promptly showed up, diagnosed the problem and fixed my furnace. I highly recommend this company, they are honest, reliable and have great prices. Even though it was a Sunday, he showed up and worked hard to fix my furnace. Thanks again.
