Either you want to do basic asanas for your fitness or you want to work on advance asanas you will like this place. Meditation is taught by a teacher who has done PhD in this field. So you can have the best of both worlds at this place. It is not only theory of meditation but you can actually feel the vibration of your energy. Any questions are answered to your satisfaction and you will learn from the oldest text books to the latest research in medical science.
