Service and price wise it was okay. However recently they have raised their prices too. Was visiting only for eyebrows, forehead and upperlips done because it was less pricey. and now realized they use the same wax for face what they use for rest of the body means they don't handle the sensitive facial skin with proper products. Will search a new salon nearby. I didn't experience personally the rudeness of staff though. Price hike just put me off. Not going anymore.

It's a decent salon. I've only used them for men's haircut although there r many women there always for their beauty routines. Men's haircuts r not bad. Quick and decent. Plus they also circulate coupons for discounted services so I've never paid the full amount for haircut. The waiting times r also not bad.

Good eyebrow technician. Average customer service. Get ready to wait for ONE HOUR just to get your eyebrows done on a consistent basis. Not enough staffing. Prices keep going up too.
