Tim Hortons

I forgot my wallet! Otherwise this was going to be a delicious taste experience. It's a nice location that I've been to many times oh, it's centrally located with nice entrance ways and it's always a good stop. It's a little off from the main terminal but you can get a coffee and walk down to downtown Brampton!

Passed through the drive through lane for a quick breakfast bite! Ordered a BELT and a farmers wrap, iced coffee and 2 donuts(Apple fritter and salted caramel)
Drove away happy eating my farmers rap. When I opened the BELT, there was no lettuce or tomato. I decided to go in to request the rest of my sandwich. LOL
I spoke to the manager on duty(blonde lady) Who told me she would give me a new sandwich. I told her there’s nothing wrong with the sandwich other than, it’s missing some toppings. I requested the lettuce and tomato so that I could add it to my sandwich and eat the food instead of throwing it away. She obliged my request and also insisted on giving me a refund for the sandwich(because I had to get out of my car to come in). She was extremely polite and professional! Not one hassle at all, to make her customers happy! I decided to take my five dollar bill and hand it to the man behind me to pay for his breakfast. He was confused as to why someone would want to pay for his breakfast. I hope I made his day as wonderful as this locations manager made me feel. i’m so glad I chose this location this morning instead of driving up the street to the usual Tim Hortons I would go to. I think I found my new Tim’s. Thank you and keep up the great work guys!
