Really helpful tour guide, although the sound system on the bus wasn't great he didn't mind us asking him questions to clarify! Strongly recommend - and the queue jump for the Hornblower means you get so much more time to see the surrounding area. An experience of a lifetime!

They loved the tour and the friendly tour guide. It was the highlight of their Canadian visit. Thank you for making the experience a memorable one.

(July 11, 2018, 1:46 pm)Excellent day trip with both guide and bus driver excellent. Lots of interesting facts to accompany the day. A minor criticism is that possibly too much was tried on the day with too many short stops - staff were reliant in bus party passengers to return to the bus at the requisite times but often this was not the case. Despite this I would recommend this tour company.
