Great experience with Franky diamonds... both pieces I’ve received from him were top quality! First I ordered a tennis chain then a men’s wedding ring. Had my appraisal done chain turned out phenomenal even the appraisal company said I got an insane deal for what I got ! We did go through a couple bumps on timing and stone size on my wedding ring but he was there for me and made everything right even returned me a few $$ to guarantee I was happy! Got a engagement ring done custom from them all through contacting Franky on Instagram. Showed the the rendering, my boyfriend and I picked the diamond through what he showed us and I can't believe how amazing it turned out. Even though we had to FaceTime a few times he was amazing throughout! Thank you!! ♥️

So I talked to Franky on Instagram cause I saw and items I really liked. Not only did my bracelet arrive the next day, it looks even better in person and they insured a couple of my products. I didn't expect such good customer service these guys are proper! Later I found out some of my friend have bought things from White Carat as well.

I am very impressed with the quality here. Don't waste your time with other Jewellers in the city. These guys are the real deal they manufacture their own products. The rest don't even have stock.
