I've been going to Nigel to keep me running for many years. ART is the only technique that really works on injuries and he's the best at it. No nonsense just does what works

A month before my race and I could hardly jog 1km without my PT issue causing me to stop. Nigel solved my knee problems and I was ready for race day. His wholelistic and common sense approach to solving problems has made me a long term customer.

I've used Nigel for close to 10 years. Shoulders, back, hamstrings. You name it. Most recently I had a lower back injury. First one of my life. It was bad. I moved out of the country so I had to see someone else. My problem persisted for close to six months. My out of country doc said stop training if it hurt. I saw Nigel the first day I got back to Canada, I followed what he prescribed, and what I thought was going to be a chronic back problem is gone. Gone! I am back training as much and as long as I want! No pain or tightness. Thanks again!
