Apple Express

Packaging of my purchased items was nice, neat and secure. Drop off delivery was good too. We have a camera on the front porch so package was placed in crate as instructed and with care. Thank you for not throwing it in! Received a photo of the package which I appreciate BUT if the photo was taken further back and proof that it was placed in front of the house in the crate would’ve been 100% better and more effective. A close up of the package doesn’t prove delivery at all.

All delivery instructions ask for parcels to be delivered to back door. I appreciate the quick delivery, but only once has a pkg made it to the back door.
Always on the front step. My house is in “old town” and the houses are quite close to the front street side walks. A Knock on the door is
an appreciated courtesy too…not just a drop, photo snap and dash! 😏

I have been a broker with Apple Express for almost 9 years and they are great to work for. I can honestly say I never dread going to work as I love my job with them! I am very happy with the delivery. They are very professional and honest. Nothing bad happened. I have experienced missing packages few weeks ago due to driver delivered package without any notice such ring the door bell or knocking door. Since that day, we all in the household very carefully watched the door after receiving your email notice. Please advise driver do just little extra thing which will not cost him/her anything that ring the door bell or knocking the door to let us know there is a package delivered. Picture taken of package left at door does not help to prove the delivery has been done.
