I'm not sure what the other reviews have said but I have had the most pleasant experience at this Uhaul (especially with the owner). I rented a 15-Foot uhaul truck in bowmanville where I drove all the way to Mississauga (was moving big tanks). When I dropped off the uhaul truck (late at night) at this location, I thought everything settled and no more headaches. Next morning, got a call and there were some minor issues but the owner clarified to me that she was trying to help. Realizing that, I trusted her and honestly it was an amazing experience. Uhaul overcharged me on stuff that shouldn't be overcharged and she took care of everything - she even followed up with me ensuring that everything was settled.

I'm not sure other people's experience but I'm a business owner and I have to say that I left this location in a very good mood.

I will be recommending everyone to go to her for now on and if I ever need a Uhaul truck, she is my go to location.
