Brinq Construction

My family decided to replace our 2nd floor carpet and stairs which was also carpeted into hardwood floor recently. Ian and his team of contractors are very professional throughout the whole project. Ian visited us to provide a detailed evaluation and quote, giving us information on different options and answering all our questions with thorough details. During the project being done, both the stair installation team and the floor installation team members were very professional, cooperative and responsive to anything we inquired to improve and fix. Ian who’s overlooking the project was always quick to respond to our inquires as well as requirements, for any big or small things we identified that needed further fix/improvement, he would communicate with his team timely and the team came in shortly to get them done per our requirements.

The stair technicians provided us suggestions and information on color of raiser which turned out to look fab. Also special shout-out to Maiwand the hardwood floor contractor, who knows his craft very well and did a fantastic job, also provided us a lot of tips and tricks on how to well keep and maintain our newly installed hardwood floor.

I recently had engineered hardwood floors installed in my condo. The guys at Brinq construction were great. They did an amazing job. Friends/family that have seen my floors so far are so impressed, as am I. Ian (the owner) was really easy to talk to, such a nice guy and always answered my questions/texts promptly. James and Ash were the guys that installed my floor. They were the best! These guys are artists in this trade. If you get them for your job, consider yourself very lucky. James and Ash you guys should go into business for yourselves! Every time I annoyed them with a question, they would stop what they were doing and provided with an easy to understand answer (considering I know nothing about floor installation). Thanks guys! I would definitely hire Brinq construction again in the future.

Got flooring done by Brinq, couldn’t be more happier. Ian is great at providing estimates and takes his time to explain the project. His team did an amazing job, Ash and Jamie were both great, and paid great attention to detail and most importantly, they clean up everyday before going back. We were living in the house during the project and their cleanliness really impressed me. Workmanship is great and they don’t cut corners to wrap things up quickly. Totally recommend them! I’ll be hiring them in future!

Ian and his guys were great!
My parents had wall to wall carpet in their living and dining room that was over 40yrs old! Definitely in need of replacement. Ian came over to have a look/give a quote. He was polite, friendly and honest from the get go. My mom was super pleased with his demeanour.
Two workers came to remove the old carpet and laminate in the kitchen that was also in the scope of work. They were kind enough to salvage the laminate as it was only a couple years old and easy to repurpose/donate. Again, they were all friendly and polite. And most importantly, knew what they we’re doing.
The project took four days to complete. The new flooring is beautiful!! I am a stickler for perfection and found the smallest deficiency with one of the baseboards and Ian was there immediately to fix it. Looks great now.
My parents and I are very happy with the results and the work done by Ian and his guys. We have already discussed having them do more work for us at our Lake House next year.

Great work.. Completely satisfied. We needed someone to complete some work in our home before we moved in and Brinq Construction not only accommodated us but completed the work in a timely manner. Ian is honest, punctual, prompt and will accommodate where possible. The work included amongst other things, changing carpet to hardwood floors, complete bathroom reno (change out tiles, stand up showers, plumbing, new counter tops, etc.) and install 9ft French doors for our office. Ian was helpful in sourcing hardwood to match the current floors and also helped with sourcing the counter tops etc. We were most appreciative that Ian kept to the timelines and stayed within the budget. Most importantly when we called in for issues after the job was completed, Ian came in and fixed the issues in the same prompt and professional manner as he did during the project. We would also like to give a shoutout to his painter Alex who did a remarkable job. I would strongly recommend Brinq Construction for any home improvement projects.
