First of all, this was my first time ever renting from Discount- and I would do it again and again... Especially at this location. I needed a rental while my car was getting fixed under my insurance claim- I was having a rough day as Enterprise had no cars available and I felt like I was left stranded. Frank- one of the managers, stayed not only past closing to help me deal with getting me a rental, but upgraded me on a rental that I was beyond happy with. He made the entire process easy, fast and efficient so I walked out of there satisfied. To conclude my rental, I had another manager (I could not get his name- October 3) deal with me to finish everything off and he drove me back to where I needed to go and he was very polite and well- mannered and ensured my time with the rented vehicle was satisfying- customer service was beyond top notch from start to finish.

Service was great and knowledgeable. Came into rent a truck for moving. The drop box. Is certainly convenient when dropping off after hours.

Always a pleasure each time I rented with this location. Sean is amazing at providing great customer service and so are all the staff. Everyone is friendly and polite and professional at all times. I had a great experience at this location. I've rented 5 trucks in the past year. The cargo van was ready on time - 8am. Sean went over the vehicle with me. I also dealt with the manager Tony who was equally wonderful. I returned the truck after hours using the key drop and had no issues. The rental was the easiest part of my day.
