A nice, easily accessible place with great people working there. Alison, the young lady who helped me, was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. I will definitely return again in the future.

I was in a jam for a replacement battery. The dead one in my car was a 4 year old Interstate MPT48. I called the shop and they had 1 in stock. Put it on hold and went up there on Saturday to get it replaced. There was still some warranty left so I got a new battery at a discount. The guy working there, Austin, was extremely helpful and provided some tools to get the old one out and new one in. He tested my alternator output and all was grand. Thanks for the great service and warranty. Thanks Austin!!

Great service here. It was a bit hard to get through on the phone, but it was also the coldest day so I reckon they were busy with everyone calling in with dead batteries. The only gripe I had, and this is of no fault of the employee (in fact the employees saved me), was that the reference book was noting a different battery. When the associate pulled out the battery from the shelves and I looked at it, I noticed that it didn't look the same. He went out in the freezing cold, checked the battery in the car, and then gave me the correct one. I'm glad he tool this extra step. They lent me tools, as I elected to change it myself in the parking lot instead of pay the $20 install fee, and like that, I was up and running. Very positive experience and the sales associate was top notch.
