Can't say enough good things about this location! The Save my Spot option is accurate and reliable. I've been a regular here for all my pregnancy blood work even during COVID-19 and the staff at this location is flawless. Never had a bad experience, never had to wait (because of Save my Spot), and the staff are all friendly. I wouldn't want to go to any other labs!

I gave 3 stars because signage is everything.
(The lab could be entered from a lower level entrance facing east parking lot left of the building you won't have to take stairs or elevator to go down)

Without proper signs you won't be able to find the place without a GPS and get to experience the fine customer service ? I visited during the Covid-19 and these guys made me feel at ease with the measures that are in place 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for the staff and how well management adjusted to this pandemic. ????

It was my first time visiting this location, I am very familiar with the neighborhood as well and drove past many times and didn't know there was a LifeLabs in the building.

Main pylon sign along Queensway West had nothing indicating that a LifeLabs laboratory was in the building, sure it said 'First Medical Place' but that's about it.

I’ve been going to lifelabs for my blood tests for 2 years now and every time I go I get the best nurses who do their job quick and professional. I have done over 40 tests in 2 years (yeah I know that’s crazy) and access my results online within 1-3 days. It’s the best place to go if you want someone professional, kind and quick to draw your blood. The wait wasn’t so bad either.

Free parking, very busy in the morning especially when people have fasted.
