Having visited this location more times than I can count in the last three weeks, I have to say that each and every staff member encountered has been pleasant and extremely helpful....especially for this newbie who is just learning to navigate the hardware department and figure out the layout of the store.

Who knew buying a washer/dryer set could be so much fun?! If you need appliances, head on over to the Mavis Road store and ask for "Claude"...she..yes, SHE is a true gem! If she isn't there, come back when she is! Claude knows her products and worked with us to get a delivery date. She was the best!

I'm long overdue on writing this review - but just wanted to give a shutout to George @ this home depot location. When I went in to find a replacement part for a Moen product, I found the part but we weren't able to figure out the price. Several employees tried to help but couldn't get the answer until George asked me where I picked up the replacement and figured it out instantly. Great service!

This is my go to Home Depot as there a few to chose from but I find this one to always be well stocked and staff is usually knowledgeable. Special mention should be given to associates in plumbing and electrical who are always very knowledgeable.
The tool rental center is well staffed who are well informed. Rentals are easy and quick.
