The staff is very friendly and are very helpful. When I have questions or have requests, they answer right away. William is the main contact I speak with and it is a pleasure working with him. I always enjoy doing business with Crossdock because I know the shipments I make are going to be delivered when they are supposed to in good condition. When I need a quote it does not take long for the staff to get back to me. I know exactly what we are being charged for as all the fees are laid out in their emails. All staff go out of their way to help their clients out.
