Elite Training Centre martial arts and fitness

Had the pleasure of working one on one with Claude Patrick a few years back for 15 sessions in Muay Thai. I had some experience from another gym prior, and Claude refined my skills and taught me proper techniques and fixed some things I was taught earlier.Claude was professional,thorough and very informative in his training. I definitely recommend him if you are serious about learning MMA.

Claude Patrick is obviously a gifted fighter and martial artist. He is also excellent at demonstrating techniques with a fine attention to detail. The school offers a variety of classes for strength, conditioning, and even mobility - which is very welcome. The downside of this school is that it is not very welcoming to beginners. I don't want to make it sound like the instructors or students are unfriendly because they definitely are not! The problem is that the classes are huge and there is a lack of individual attention. Claude demonstrates the techniques very well, but after that you are on your own. It is left to the more experienced white belts to help and correct their fellows. Not once did Prof. Patrick give me a correction. This might work for some people, but as someone who has never been athletically inclined, it did not work for me. However, I recommend this school if you are the kind of person who picks up new movements easily.

I've been training at Elite since the opening of the club. Even though I moved to North York, I am still coming to Mississauga for my trainings. All instructors are knowledgeable and professional, this is the great place to learn and practice martial arts.

What a great group of folks! Traveling and went in for a BJJ class. Felt very welcomed, within five minutes i thought I was at my home school. Outstanding instructor, will return before I fly out. Thanks!
