Outstanding customer service. I went there to buy sealant for tubeless installation and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I am new to this install and Jake Cowx helped me to pick everything what I need and also shared a bunch of useful tips.
I spent some time in the store and seems like they have everything what you may need daily and at very reasonable price. Great store and very nice, dedicated people. I definitely recommend them and will be back for any small or big purchase

OH MY GOSH DAVE IS THE BEST!!!! I am totally new to the world of professional cycling and triathlon racing! Completely overwhelmed by the available options and had no idea where to even begin, when it came to picking out the right road bike for me. Went to "The Bike Zone" and Dave literally answered all my questions, took the time to explain everything that he was doing (for example, fitting me for a bike), and recommended me a fantastic road bike (and additional components) within my set budget! Dave genuinely cares about his customers and you can tell that he tries to pick you a bike that would best suit you and fulfill your needs! Left the store feeling happy and confident with my purchase, and I cannot wait to get involved in the local cycling club that he recommended me! Dave was such a pleasure to talk with and to learn from! Definitely, will be coming back for my clip in cleats and will be recommending the store to my friends and family! THANK YOU DAVE! :)

Was not really impressive service. Got a $3k mountain bike here expected bit more service and involvement. Customer didn't seem much of a priority for them. I didn't even get any warranty documentation or any after sales service advice or deals. If not for the lack of stock CoVid days i would have tried else where.

Overall a very Good experience. Jeff, assisted me well with my purchase and selecting the best accessories as per my needs. ?
