Every single staff member from the Managers, Avinash Ramlal, Andrew Prosdociimi as well as Bilol, Jenil, TJ and all the drivers etc. treat every customer like gold! This team has gone "over an beyond" with service for me, but also each time I visit the location, I see them treat every customer warmly, professionally, with the utmost of respect and top-notch services. They truly understand their customers, and I thank them sincerely for ALL their Wonderful services, care and compassion. They are just the BEST guys to rent a car from- short or longterm and I would not hesitate to send every friend or family member to Enterprise Car Rental in Heartland, Mississauga... Thanks Guys!!!

(May 23, 2019, 7:53 pm)Great Customer Service - Highly Recommend- Staff is really cool and understands us well :) They offer you a free pick up and drop (before and after rental period -according to your home distance-Please check with them). Small but great peace of mind:)

Andrew was cool and all other staff was very good. You can ask for vehicle upgrade ( for few extra $) and they can help you the best.
