Very efficient and friendly service. I had rental car for about 4 weeks and was impressed by their customer services. They provide efficient pick and drop from home. On my request they upgraded my car for no extra charge. No hassle at drop off; easy friendly process. Strongly recommended.

I'd like to give a HUGE THANK YOU and shoutout to Kayla Gardner (Assistant Manager) at this location. She was exceptionally professional, and dedicated to the highest standards of customer service. There was another enterprise location that would not hold up their end of a commitment they had made to my wife and I, and Kayla went above and beyond, to not only solve the problem, but drive me 30 minutes to a different location to get another car of the same model. Thank you, Kayla, for putting the customer first, and being exceptionally kind and courteous.

I'm updating my post from last year (4 stars). My rentals from this location all year 2018 have been excellent. Great customer service, no wait, friendly and efficient. I plan to keep coming back.
