This clinic is very professional. My family doctor Ban Rassam is very helpful and will always advise and solve the problem. I have been with them for many years and I am always satisfied with the visit and conversation with the doctor. The only downside is a delayed visit to the doctor, but the doctor herself is a wonderful person. I also bow my head to the pharmacy which is in the same place. They are very helpful and always find a good solution. I highly recommend this place.

Dr Ban Is the best doctor I’ve ever met, very educated and she knows what she is doing, she treats me with care and she goes above and beyond. I highly recommend her. I would love to thank her for taking care of me and my mum all the time during this pandemic. Best regards doctor :)

Dr. Rassam is fantastic. All staff doing a great job. Pharmacy is great too.

I've had regular appointments with both doctors and they are wonderful! Genuinely caring and kind, they actually listen to you and work with you to help you feel better. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.

There's usually not too much of a wait when calling for an appointment and they offer over-the-phone appointments if you've been there before. The waiting room is spacious and clean and they have free wifi too.

The pharmacists here are also fantastic. They are super friendly and helpful, explaining medications if needed and give great advice if you're experiencing a side effect.

Dr. Rassam is the best doctor I have ever had! I know that is a bold statement, however I spent over 30 years being sick and having doctors dismiss my symptoms. Soon after becoming her patient we were on the road to figuring out what was really going on. I now have a diagnosis that we can work with to manage symptoms and it its life changing. Visiting Dr. Rassam and her lovely office support team is more like visiting family than having a Dr. Apt. Their pharmacy is like extended family and equally amazing! I really can't speak any more highly of this wonderful healing center (because calling it a clinic just doesn't do it justice.) Thank you for all you do to make our community a family.

I am a new patient at the clinic.. I called to make enquiry about registering to have a family doctor and the receptionist was so kind and calm on the phone. She went extra mile to give an email address so I can be registered fast while I wait for a call to book an appointment. Very prompt feedback on every Chanel. I so much appreciate. First impression always count and she gave that👍✌️
