One of the best gyms I've ever joined. They have world-class equipment and the staff is super friendly/knowledgeable.

The best gym around. Andrew and Naomi have a created a fun professional environment for all to come in and focus on your total health. The gym equipment is well maintained, classes are well instructed and instructors are very enthusiastic about their programs. Whether you are new to fitness or a sessoned pro you will definitely find something for you here. Andrew and his team are always willing and available to help anyone with their goals. If you are serious about fitness and looking for the total package, this is your gym.

I'm beyond happy with my experience at High Octane Training. The team is very professional, genuine, and eager to help you achieve your goals; these were all things I strongly value.
The facility is very clean, and well-lit. The machines are all state-of-the-art, and are in excellent shape.
I am proud to be a member given the overall client/member experience. Upon arrival you are greeted by Naomi, and are made to feel welcome to the facility. If I ever had a fitness/nutrition question (both inside and outside of the gym), Andrew and his team are easily accessible to contact.
I partook in several Personal Training courses with Andrew, and he definitely brings the "High Octane" mentality to training his clients. When I train with him, I am motivated by him to work harder than I ever have in my life, which helps me to work towards my goals.
I'd refer anyone here in a heartbeat!

If you are looking for a different type of gym and training facility that is honest and really has your interest at heart, then come have a look. The whole philosophy of this place is to help members achieve their goals. You won't be wasting money here as many people do at other gyms. It is very clean and has everything you need. There is a whole team of health practitioners that you can utilize to get to your goals. If you are looking for something fresh and innovative, come have a look. It's a pleasure being there and training.
