Barbara has shown the world what customer service really is. With brick and mortart becoming obsolete nowadays due to the online shopping revolution you wont find customer service like this anymore. I had come in just to simply look around waiting for structube to open and Barbara greeted me with a friendly hello. she did not pressure me or bother me but knew exactly what I wanted somehow. I had learned a lot from her. The store has a HUGE selection of home products I wish had come here first before shopping at homesense when I first bought my home. Great prices. Sales are generous and the variety is amazing at this location. All in all I would recommend coming here any day any time. if you are greeted by a warm smile and a friendly hello chances are its Barbara. Thanks again.

Classy, chic crown jewel where you can find unique products. Layout and displays are absolutely gorgeous. Quality home decor, bedding, plates, amazing bathroom accessories, glasses are some of items l bought over the years. It’s fun to shop in this fantastic place. I always find some treasures that make my day happy. Staff provides an exceptional customer service, always courteous and helpful what makes shopping there even more pleasant. From time to time we need to treat ourselves with beautiful things and there is no better place to experience luxury shopping for your home at its best.

The staff, and particularly the manager, at this store are fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about them. I do not write reviews very often but had to take the time in this instance. I have spent the last 5 months selling our home and buying and setting up a summer cottage rental business up north. I started by going in for a single sale item and have been back at least 4 times with large orders. The manager gave me the best prices and even accepted exchanges after the deadline because I had been such a big customer. I hate shopping but I actually enjoy going in to the store where we all get a good laugh remembering my first huge order which they amazing packed in total into my Mazda hatchback :). Despite no longer being in Mississauga I will continue to do all my similar shopping at this store. The manager made it easy - I only have to call her direct. Thanks to everyone at the store!!!
