The staff was understanding and did their absolute best to accommodate the last minute request. Without an appointment they were able to squeeze us in the same afternoon on a Saturday. It all worked out. Mission accomplished. Thank you Puja, Ashley, Ola and Viji.

Two or three weeks after we received a call that our blank cheques were ready we went in to pick them up. To my astonishment Ashley still remembered us by name and quickly grabbed them and had us on our way within minutes. The fact she remembered us after all that time is a testiment to the great customer service at that branch.
I plan to make it my home branch because it is that attention to detail that makes all the difference as a customer.
