Amazing experience right from the start. We were looking for a king size mattress as ours has seen better days. We wanted a mattress that is firm but not too firm, provides coolness, durable (without sagging) and good quality. There are so many to choose from online and I was hesitant to make a purchase. I wanted to try it out but due to COVID-19 lockdown we were not able too go in store. I didn't know which one would suit our needs so I used the online chat. I spoke to John. He was very friendly and informative and provided a few recommendations. The Sleep Guarantee put our mind to ease. After reviewing the best fit for us I chose one that he recommended. We couldn't be happier! Amazing quality and we are having restful sleeps without waking up sore. Customer service is excellent! We received our mattress earlier than expected. Excellent quality, need to improve they delivery service

Excellent service from the owners and the prices are hard to beat. If you are looking for a perfect firm mattress get the high density foam mattress from Sleep Factory. Had them for years and they do not sag or deteriorate at all.

Recently purchased both mattress and base and found them to be excellent quality. The service at the store and at delivery could not have been better. Both Jim and Sandra are personable, knowledgeable and patient.
