I got my first Nissan with Woodchester after stumbling on their dealership when looking for a test drive. Paulina who took me for the test drive also helped me through the entire purchasing process. She was very knowledgeable about the Rogue that I was looking for and was always in contact from I completed the purchase until I picked up the vehicle. The whole sales staff at this dealership were a pleasure to work with including Sean and Riham. On my second Rogue from Woodchester. Again, a wonderful experience. Transparent, easy, and very enjoyable. Shaun walked me through the process both times, gave me all the options, and was very kind and helpful. Experiences like that change your view on the car sales industry. He even followed up a week later about my experience, made sure I didn't have any questions, and had a chat with me, asked about my family, even though he's never met them.
