Exceptional Service. We just recently signed up with this company and the level of service has been great. We were with a larger company before and and felt like we were not getting the service we deserved. Our group has over 600 employees and its been a great experience thus far. I highly recommend this company for your group plan needs.

I am writing this comment as I would like to respond to Melissa Williams being from the same group for a few years and having experienced Grandeur as well. I can tell you that I did not have any issues at all. Claims were filed and paid within the standard times. It seems like a one off frustrated employee. The new organizations I moved too was recommended to use Grandeur and we are currently with them today. Great service and I recommend this company for benefits.

I have been with Grandeur for over 1 year and our group has hundreds of employees and I can tell you that the previous review is totally untrue. I am the plan coordinator for our stores across Canada and yearly we do employee surveys and employee benefits are important to the organization. We are extremely happy with Grandeur Group Benefits and I would highly recommend them to any organization wanting a change.
