Also, customer service is amazing!!! I needed rapid tests last minute for a work conference and sent an email to their customer service team hoping they could help (even though rapid tests aren’t listed in the site)..and they had them in stock!
I am so grateful that this company went above and beyond for me. I didn’t expect any sort of special customer service considering how small my order was compared to a medical facility but the rep I dealt with was so professional, understanding and accommodating for my last-minute request. I absolutely 100% recommend ICV for any sort of medical supplies you need.
