Interlock Metal Roofing - ON

Aluminum roof looks fantastic than any other roofs. My neighbors are complementing new roof. After doing some research, we chose Interlock roofing.Salesperson Heemanshu came and took real pride to explain all their products.He was extremely diligent,friendly and knowledgeable.There aluminum tiles are better than any other roofing company.The installers were awesome.They did everything we expected and more. Now I don't have to worry about any kind of weather. I'm happy with the warranty... I highly recommend Interlock roofing, to my friends and family.

I recommend “Interlock Metal Roofing" 100%! Starting with Angelo Ladas when he visited my home to have an estimate. In that visit I also wanted to know more about the product, installation and reviews about the company, I must say that Angelo’s professionalism said everything about Interlock with that simple visit, before Angelo’s appointment I had 3 more estimates weeks before from different companies in Ontario, and nobody gave me the quality, the level of professionalism and knowledge like Angelo did.

In the middle of 2018, just after a couple of days with heavy rain and strong winds, I had a few leaks in my home and many houses in the area lost even roof tiles. Some of those are new homes, which made me hesitate to use asphalt shingles knowing that I needed to repair or change my whole roof very soon anyway. With the idea of changing the whole roof, if you do the math "Aluminum Vs. Asphalt" in probably less than 20-25 years you will be paying probably the same Money, and with asphalt you won’t be completely safe at all... not just for storms, but with fires also, with Aluminum roof you will sleep better knowing that that’s something that you don’t have to worry about.

I would like to say that my house installers were simply amazing! Toma, Wyman and their crew were extremely professional with my project, very clean, and the result of my new roof it is just fantastic!

Finally, I must add that my Brother house is just across the street of mine(and newer house that mine) and he signed with Interlock Roofing the past week, he will do the same Slate in black just like our house.

Our home has a very large roof, which had been re-shingled in 2007, but the shingles were done!
We knew from a Toronto Star article that aluminum is the preferred metal for roofing, not steel, and that an aluminum roof would add significant value to our house.
Our insurance agent also told us that he had Interlock do the roof on his Century (plus) home in 1988, and he said it looked like the day it was installed. In fact, his home was up for sale, and he said he was getting lot of interested buyers, who commented that their interest was because of the roof, in spite of the age of the house.
The warranty and a professional sales presentation convinced us to go with Interlock. (We did have four other companies quote steel roofs an one to quote lifetime shingles. Even shingles were $18,000.) The warranty from Interlock is in black and white, and covers everything, even excess colour fading. The lifetime warranty and the ability to transfer a fifty year warranty to a new owner for $300, and the fact Interlock has been in business for a long time, and is a Canadian company were major deciding factors.
The installer worked diligently on his own, left the work site tidy at all times, and did a very professional job.
The result is fabulous! People in the neighbourhood who we have never met comment as we walk our dogs, asking if we are the owners of the house, and that the result is beautiful. We believe that we we will get a far bigger return than what we spent when it is time to sell.

A great new roof that gives the house a great new look. The sales representative was friendly, helpful, and didn’t make us feel pressured at all. The price was less then expected. The installers were dedicated and did an excellent job. We are extremely happy with the service and the results we received from Interlock.
