I am a decking contractor. I must say that I have been dealing with Mr. Shaik Rahmatula for some time. Every time, he exceeded my expectation. He does not beat around the bush to get orders. He speaks the truth about the product's availability and lead time and delivery.
Lumber Plus company has a very big showroom. They have very big warehouse and inventory is big. As I am a contractor in busy work, Mr. Shaik Rahmatula helped me saving lot of my time.
I started dealing with Lumber Plus before they open their showroom and still buying from him. I introduced my community contractor friends to him and they are also buying from Lumber Plus.

Lumber Plus went above and beyond to delivery my backyard renovation materials. Shaik, was the only person out of 10 suppliers to do a follow up call after a quote was sent through email. He also fine tuned my material list to make sure i purchased exactly what i need. In addition, i went back a month later to purchase some in-ground up lighting to finish off the backyard. Everything was on-point from beginning to end, truck driver, sales, payment process, documentation, quality of materials, questions answered and most importantly! On-time delivery. Shaik is the only sales rep i would recommend when it comes to construction Lumber products. Kudos to the team at Lumber Plus!

Shaik at Lumber Plus has been wonderful to work with, I would definitely recommend seeing him for any of your decking projects! We went to him thinking we were just going to look for composite boards to build our deck but he exceeded our expectations by going above and beyond! Shaik dedicated much time to communicating and coordinating (even beyond office hours) with our deck contractor to make sure our vision was met and that it was as cost effective as possible. Shaik provided them with a detailed drawing on how the composite boards were to be laid. He was very knowledgeable and highly informative. Thought of writing a review regarding my experience with Mr. Shaik Rahmathullah who assisted me and my contractor when we attended lumber plus to select our composite deck boards.
I met Shaik at the store and he went through everything about composite deck boards, the good and the bad. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable on the products and advised me on how to save money rather than spending unnecessary where most businesses do. He possess tremendous knowledge on decking.
After providing Mr. Shaik with my deck plan and the dimensions he consulted my contractor and drew a nice deck plan where I felt he addressed all my needs and more. He saved me lot of money but provided me with an awesome plan and products.
I am very pleased with my interaction with Mr. Shaik and I would recommend him to anyone who’s in demand for a deck. I can say I am a completely satisfied customer.
