Professional service from the first call - I agreed a one hour slot for the clean the following week, and having verified their pricing was very competitive I was happy to pay the small deposit. Luna's Carpet team was efficient, thorough and personable, and the results look to be excellent (carpet still drying). I would certainly use again.
