MARLIN TRAVEL HEARTLAND

I contacted Marlin Travel to help arrange our recent trip to Punta Cana, after trying several other agencies only to find they are not open for in-person service. Call me old fashioned, but I'd like to see the person I'm dealing with face to face (even with masks) and look them in the eyes when I am paying over $8k for a much needed and long delayed vacation package.

The advice that we got from AJ at Merlin about the destination and resorts was very helpful in making our choice, and the help with the booking was really good. I had tried other travel agencies before, and they just tell you to do things like reserving your seats on the flight on your own to save money. When you tell them you'd prefer to pay the extra $50 just to have ease of mind, they refuse to help, and you end up separated from your spouse and family and sitting next to strangers for the duration of both flights. We were very happy with the premium treatment at the airports, and being assured we sat together on the plane.

Since COVID is still around and one cannot guarantee remaining COVID-free during the trip, the travel medical insurance package that AJ offered for our trip to Punta Cana, which includes COVID coverage, was great and much better than the 2 other offers I got! Especially since we do not have travel insurance from our employers. The ease of mind that we got knowing we are insured was also good.

Finally, the info that AJ provided regarding border requirements for both flights was spot on. We actually noticed how others had trouble with airport authorities because they didn't have that info.

I would highly recommend that you try the services that Merlin Travel Heartland offers. Ask for AJ in person, and I promise you that you will not be disappointed. I will definitely go back to him for our next trip.

We booked our first vacation with Anuj Malik, at Marlin Travel Heartland. We weren't sure where to go and wich resort to pick,and Anuj present us with the best package with an excellent price.And it was an amazing week at Jamaica at Riu Montego Bay resort. Everything went well and easy with our reservation , Marlin Travel Heartland went above and beyond to make our travel stress free. Will use there services in the future for sure. Totally recommend.
