McKoy's Caribbean Fusion

Huge portions. Tasty chicken. We ordered one large boneless and one large with bone.
Both were good.
Yummy coleslaw, and lots of it.
Don't go by the times posted on Google, they are incorrect.
Clean. Friendly service.
Lots of parking.

I am quite disappointed with the portion sizes served at McKoy’s. I have been to countless Jamaican/Caribbean restaurants and I have never felt so cheated out of paying too much for little.

I’ve bought their special in the past for $5.99 and you get a small container with rice and two small pieces of chicken. The thigh quarter is cut into two plus the leg and you either get the thigh cut in two or half of the thigh and a leg. I understand it’s a special so ok.

Didn’t have dinner for later so I stopped to here to pick something up. I’m thinking for a small to be $9.99 they must give you a good portion.
To my surprise all you get for an extra $4 is a bit more rice and only an extra piece either a leg or half of a piece of thigh extra with coleslaw or veggies for $9.99. These pieces aren’t big to begin with.

To pay $9.99 plus tax and that’s all you receive is ridiculous. I’ve never paid so much for so little. At least at the other ones you pay 9.99 plus tax and you receive $10 worth of food. Rather than more rice than chicken, rice isn’t that expensive so I’m
Not sure why the food has to be. I’m not sure if I can justify buying the food here again, just not worth it.

UPDATE:
Portion size have gotten better and customer service has always been great so I must increase the rating.
