Kate and Jose are the best in the business. As advertised on their website their word is solid. During these unpresidented times, Kate and Jessica kept all visits to our house to a minimum. Do to family health issues exposure and stress were major concerns. Masks were worn, protocols were followed, and minimal invasion during estimating visit. My family and I had a great experience with Zoom House Buyer. From the beginning, Kate and Jose have been very courteous and responsive. They were always quick to respond to our many phone calls. During our negotiation of the contract, they were great in accommodating the many changes we requested.

Once the contact was finalized (and in a very short period of time), Jose and Kate emphasized that if we did not find a place of our own within the time when the deal closed, they were quite flexible and would be willing to change the closing date. The other thing that they told us is that we did not have to worry about items in the house that we no longer wanted as they would take care of that for us. Of all the great things that could have happened to us with this transaction, this offer was just what we needed because we have been living at that house for over 30 years and collected many items that we no longer needed. They saved us many man hours and dollars by taking care of our "unwanted treasures" for us.
