Thank you very much to Dr. Saad for this very friendly and professional service. The staff was also very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend going to this clinic because of its very detailed eye examinations and explanations of every step through out the exam.

This is hands down the best Optometrist clinic I've ever been to. Dr. Mary Saad is absolutely amazing, she was very patient and caring towards my needs. She explained in depth all that she did during my eye examination, and never left me in the dark. She was always open to my questions, and eagerly answered all of them. I also asked her about eye contacts (as I am a new user) and she taught me how to use them properly and informed me of the health precautions. Plus, the clinic has a great variety of glasses, which i took a great fancy to. Overall, it was a great professional experience, and I would recommend both the clinic and doctor to my friends and family.

I had a condition that caused my left eye not to close properly for 3 weeks. My physician told me to seek an optometrist and I found this location close to my perimeter. I believed the place just opened 2 months ago during the midst of pandemic and so I like the place because everything is new (e.g. test devices they used). Very efficient process for eye testing and they also respect your time. Dr. Mary was very helpful and professional on what she does. She'll gave you excellent recommendation in choosing eye glasses that you need. I recommend her.

I am very selective and strict when it comes to the personal care of the health of my family and myself. Mary made us all feel very comfortable from the very first minute! She is an exceptional professional and she took the time to explain to us as parents as well as to the children about each of our cases.
The office is exceptionally clean and surpasses the basic standards for health and safety! The equipment used is state of the art and she is very careful with each patient, to suit everyone's needs.
We have been there twice so far and have had our glasses delivered exactly on time.
The personnel is very polite and helpful. I tried on over 10 frames and experienced VIP treatment!
Mary will pick up the phone when she is needed and will not forward you to a voice answering machine as most others usually will.
She takes your health personally.
After living in Europe and have travelled most of my life, I recommend her not only to Canadians but also newcomers, as she embraces everyone who visits not only to feel as a customer, but also feel welcome!
