    Vyaniti yoga studio headed by Praveen has been spreading the good news about Yoga and its healing powers. Starting from breathing right to correct stretches to healthy eating to sleeping right, managing stress, being energetic and fresh throughout the day and many more powers of Yoga are taught in Vyaniti.
    I have experienced the healing powers of Yoga and very happy to be part of Vyanti.

    I have learnt yoga from various places and practiced on and off. Though I have not taken in person classes with Praveen, the guru at Yogatherapy4all Canada, he has guided me and responded promptly every single time I had a query- be it on asanas or breathing or meditation. He is a living example of the true power of yoga- the inner peace and mental strength he demonstrates vouch for that. He exemplifies selfless giving -teaching and sharing his knowledge with anyone that is interested. If you need a dose of strength or positivity, you know which guru to reach out to!

    I had not done a "real" yoga for the past five years, so I decided on a restorative class. I couldn't be happier of my decision.
    I was also really impressed by how much attention yoga instructor (Praveen) paid to my needs and made modifications to avoid back and neck pains. I went through lung problems and was on Ventilator support for 3 weeks. The breathing techniques taught by Praveen really helped me strengthen lungs. Even my doctor is impressed by this improvement.
    Overall this was an incredibly positive experience. I wish I lived closer and attended class in person!

    This yoga institute is incredible !! I started doing yoga about 6 months ago, and it has changed my life. The yoga instructor really cares about each and every student, making sure that all our needs are met,and clarifying any questions that we may have .He teaches us different asana's that we can apply in our daily busy lives, whereas in other yoga institutions they do not . This past summer I got the opportunity to learn Yoga by the main guru , Ms. Prema Nagash in Oman , and all I can say it was trip of life time . I did not think that going to Oman would change me for the better, but it did. I cannot wait to go back !! Some benefits that I saw were , I felt lighter , felt more calm , and not only me but other people started to notice a difference in my skin and my posture .Once you get started, you will Thank yourself . In the beginning it's hard, but that is with anything you do . TRY IT OUT !!!

    This yoga institute is excellent. Its completely diffrent from the standard North America class of yoga as we leave the yoga class with principles that we can practice in our daily lives. The yoga instructor / guru takes unbelievable amount of extra time after and before class for questions and any clarifications we need. I started taking these classes because I experienced lack of energy levels mid-end of day. But the breathing exercises, particular arsanas, and eating habits I have learnt from this class have helped me so much! My energy levels have increased dramatically and I am able to get so much out of my day!
