This is a good gym located in the Lawrence Square and it's hours are ideal. It's 24/7 so if you like to work out or go through your exercise program you can do so at any given time during the day or night. Also to the rates for membership are very very appealing and it's cheap. But definitely recommended for people on a budget.

I really like this gym, friendly staff and huge assortment of machines & equipment but was very disappointed to come to a closed gym that advertises as open 24/7. I feel as though these new hours should have been reflected on the website or google page, or even sent out as a memo to members. Was an extreme inconvenience to commute all the way here to see it was already closed.

The facilities are fine; however, I do not recommend signing up to this gym if you work a Mon-Fri 9-5 job. It used to be ok when it was open 24/7 but with the new 24/4 hours, finding a good time to workout is difficult. Monday through Thursday evening it is so busy that it is almost impossible to target your workout because most of the equipment is being used and you simply use whatever is available. This has always been the case but it was previously tolerable because I was able to look forward to my weekend workouts when the gym was finally calm during the evenings. Now with the new hours, that is not even a possibility. I understand that I should not have high expectations for 10-20$ a month but the 24/7 hours were the selling point and the only reason I signed up as I had that weekend freedom.
