(October 10, 2018, 1:02 pm)Edward Scissor hands has nothing on Frank! Amazing cuts - detailed. Take Cash only, and parking is about a buck outside. The ticket guy is a ninja - so be careful. I have been going here for 15 years - and it's perfect everytime! Beard Trim and all.
