I have had the absolute pleasure in dealing with Kristal at Sun Shades in Port Credit. The process began with a personal in home consultation and measurements of 33 windows. As you can imagine with a job of this size it took some time to narrow down the best choices. Kristal had the patience to explain product options and features along with the price points. She truly listened and understood taking care to deliver on the desired consistent look and feel for the unique needs of each space. I ended up with true customized solutions ranging from elegant Hunter Douglas powered Silhouette blinds to lite rise Nantucket designs and custom oak shutters for the office. Kristal co-ordinated with the most professional installer, Rob, completing the project with the highest level of workmanship. I am thrilled with the final products. Kristal, the design consultant is very knowledgeable and reliable. She helped us to get the Douglas Hunter roller shades installed for my daughter's condo unit. We first tried Blinds to Go and they couldn't install the roller shades because their large brackets didn't fit into the top window's space. I explained this problem to Kristal . She contacted the Douglas Hunter company and arranged to get the roller shades fit in the space with medium brackets. We are happy about our window shades. Thanks to Kristal for her sincere efforts!
