I've came to Prozone Auto & Collision twice and both times I've been serviced wonderfully. Al was able to meet me after hours after hearing about my incident and provided me with rates that were much lower than the other shops I've been to. I've called over 15 shops that day and he priced matched them all for me without question. On top of that, he handled vehicle rentals for me and finished the job very quickly.

In summary the staff demonstrated expertise as well as honesty. Throughout the experience, I felt that it was very transparent and honest. I would definitely recommend Prozone to anyone that needs a fix on their vehicle.

I had to work until six and the lady at the front desk and her boss waited until I get there then waited longer for my husband to come and inspect the car. It was an absolutely great service. I would definitely go there again. Love the boss he was very respectable and patient. They are for the customers.

The owner Al and his team are one of the best body shop owners to deal with. From day 1 of bringing my damaged Mitsubishi Lancer 2010 to him he arranged for a rental and did some extra body work for me at absolutely no charge. Even the receptionist is very kind and always promptly answers all questions , phone calls and emails in a quick manner. Definitely recommend prozone to anyone looking to get their damaged vehicle repaired in a timely manner with the best customer service !
