Very professional, quickntoneespomd and answered all my questions. No need to go to the office as they will do on line signing and the house key does not need to be dropped off in the office as a lock box was sent to us. Love the aspect of not rushing on moving day to the lawyer firm. Only negative that I have to say if that I had to send some documents several times as it wasn't forwarded to the appropriate person. Would recommend.

Using realestatelawyers.ca was convenient for the purchase of our new house because they have mobile agents that can meet you at a location of your choice for document signing, and various locations to pick up your key upon possession.

We also used them for the sale of our previous home. When you use realestatelawyers.ca for a sale, there is no need to travel to a lawyer's office to drop off your keys. Conveniently, after you have met with a mobile signing agent, they give you a lockbox to put a key in and lock on your front door upon closing.

Because much of the process is online, you have to be comfortable with alot of communication via email (i.e. there is no hand-holding) - but our clerk was very responsive and able to answer our questions over the phone.
