(February 2, 2019, 4:16 am)My X3 had check engine light on and vibration from the hood and minor oil leak. Pfaff BMW did initial and further diagnostics which cost me $4,000 + HST and said "this is a very unique situation so we have no clue yet."

When we took the truck to LA Auto, diagnostic was done including estimate ( what caused the problem, what needs to be done, and how much it cost) at the spot. With genuine BMW parts, it only cost me $1,600.
I am not saying LA Auto would give you lowest price in town. However, my point is they really follow the rule in automotive industry, "Fix It Right The First Time".
I am happy that my truck is healthy and I am happier that I found a garage I can trust.
